A younger Nigel* takes a moment to contemplate his new evolved form for the first time, loathing what he sees and wanting nothing more than to get rid of it...but such is his burden now. He chose this form out of hate for the Gallade form for himself, though truth be told he was never really fond of the Gardevoir form, either. And now that he's forced to wear the latter's shape forevermore, he's going to have to just up and accept change is inevitable. He'll get over it eventually, but it took him a bit to get there, to say the least...
Venting art. Was going to draw him with a knife at first (trying to cut the skirt off) but thought the picture was getting too ridiculous already. That and the pic was primarily an excuse to work with Photoshop again, as I finally have my comp back. It'll be a bit before I get into the swing of things commish-wise, though.
*supposed to be maybe 13-14 but then he hasn't really changed much since then in the physical sense.
0.0 oh for a moment before i clicked on this pic i really thought he did had a knife.[whew thats a relief]and that i thought that was background blood.and i think there is some physical diffrence[though somewhat] cause looking at this pic when his like13-14 and the way he looks now i'd say he looks a little bit more masculine[sp?] up in the chest area.
Does he? I blame that more to how I draw him nowadays rather than a significant change in how he looks -- so technically a screwup. Do'h.
And yeah, the more I saw the pic, the more ridiculous it seemed to add it over something like this (even if at the time the boy WAS tempted). Eventually he did a compromise of sorts with himself by ways of getting it pierced, though nowadays he just likes it as part of his image.
