Username: What name you go by online. If applicable, include where you use said username so I know which art account of mine you’re familiar with (example: “I am Kompy from Furaffinity”, “NTBKompy from Tumblr”, “Kompy from Weazyl”, etc.)

Paypal: Your paypal address here, extra important if it's not the same email you're using to contact me. 

Type of Commission: Specify size (Icon or Full body) and style (Inks, Flat Colors or Shaded) 

Number of Characters: As stated before, every additional characters start at a base cost of $10 USD each

Character Name(s): What do I call your character(s)? 

Species: If character has any unusual coloring (shiny pokemon, blue wolf, purple dragon, etc.) let me know. If a non-media fictional species (sergal, chakat, etc), include an a visual reference of some kind, please. 

Mood/Theme: Cute, Sexy, Funny, Single word prompt, color prompt, etc.

References: Please link accurate references only. Visual references are highly preferred, but if what you’re looking for me to do is a character design or work without references, expect me to include an additional fee for complexity. If written, try to keep it down to 3 sentences or less and, if possible, include SOME visual refs for key details, such as outfit styles or species. 

Extras: High-res image/wallpaper, backgrounds, complex props, commercial licenses, etc.
